El artículo se propone realizar un análisis del estado de la Universidad en situación de periferia dentro del actual proyecto capitalista y circunscrito a un "estudio de caso". Se trata de poner en evidencia las estrategias de un diseño "espectral" -bajo la apariencia de generalización de la igualdad democrática globalizada- que mantiene y profundiza las diferencias.
