Description
Summary:Which has been the contribution of poststructuralist perspectives in the field of study of International Relations, its theoretical advance and the conceptual sphere of its domain? How much have such perspectives influenced as critical-analytical instruments of interpellation to the mental and cognitive traditional models in order to problematize the international reality? What is the potential reach of new discursive post-structuralists practices in the disciplinary proceedings of International Relations and in the search of its legitimation taking into consideration the complexity of its object of study? These are the starting questions for the reflection, taking into consideration three key aspects: the cognitive, the conceptual and the discursive, these allow to place critically the argumentative premises of this paper. The objective of this work is to expose the conception, tension and scopes of the poststructuralist view in the on to-epistemic, methodological and discursive levels of International Relations with regard to the change of its matter of study, assuming a omplementary position to the rationalist views answering the new academic and empirical sceneries.
