En esta lógica, el autor argumenta que las relaciones de poder han provocado un cambio en los conceptos tradicionales de las Ciencias Sociales y las Relaciones Internacionales, especialmente los relacionados al tiempo y espacio que en la actualidad son globales y simultáneos.
