A ese fin se revisa varios aportes globales para construir sistemas de monitoreo del derecho a la soberanía alimentaria que incorporen indicadores interculturales y “localizados”. A partir del análisis de la experiencia ecuatoriana, en primer lugar se identifican dos enfoques de la soberanía alimentaria: 1. técnico-estatal y monocultural y 2. relocalizador, intercultural y potencialmente holístico. En segunda instancia se revisan críticamente contribucionesinternacionales que identifican dimensiones interculturales de la soberaníaalimentaria.
