This article examines the financial climate flows to the region, between 2010 and 2013, and the resources for the REDD+ mechanism. The aim is to draw the prevailing governance model in the region and to establish recommendations vis-à-vis the new Protocol. |

Los datos actualizados 2013-2014 de la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos (OCDE), revelan que esta relación ha disminuido a 3,6 dólares de crédito por cada dólar donado. Sin embargo, persiste la omisión de los aportes de los países en desarrollo en las fuentes de información, con lo cual se desconoce la amplitud de la brecha en el financiamiento y quién está asumiendo la factura de la mitigación y adaptación del fenómeno.Este artículo examina los flujos financieros para el clima hacia la región, en el período 2010-2013, y los recursos para el mecanismo REDD+.
