La incidencia en el nuevo estado en la situación y en la actividad jurídica de la mujer es consecuencia del matrimonio, de la necesidad imperiosa de que una vez nacido, hay un orden normativo que resuelva las dificultades y que se oriente a conseguir del mejor modo, no los intereses particulares y privativos del varón y de la mujer, sino los comunes y sociales del marido y de la esposa.
