| Summary: | The purpose of this paper was to analyze ethics, culture and management in the framework of the management of university scientific research. In this regard, qualitative research of a documentary nature was carried out, based on the procedure: delimitation of the problem; selection of bibliographic sources and organization and interpretation of information, all of which allowed the writing of this article. The interpretation of the information was carried out through the triangulation of publications of different authors specialized in the subject under study. As a result, it was found that ethics, culture and management in university research make up an environment conducive to the advancement of knowledge, the training of integral professionals and the development of responsible solutions that benefit society. In the research stands out the following reflection: the individual is responsible for the managerial functions in the university and scientificfield and must correspond fairly to their functions, since they must demonstrate the ability to comply with and enforce the rules, principles and customs that the scientific field entails, to achieve perform their qualities of leaders in an organized manner, for the common good of the actors involved. |
