Se analizan y contrastan las contribuciones de ambas teorías. La principal conclusión es que ambas escuelas son complementarias; tanto Post Keynesianos como Circuitistas, tienen mucho para aprender unos de otros. Los primeros no han incorporado totalmente en su teoría la noción de dinero como deuda bancaria, mientras que los segundos carecen de una discusión sobre los detalles institucionales bancarios. vitales para comprender la mecánica de endogencidad del dinero.
