On the other hand, the public sector labor sectors constantly press for wage increases, arguing that their income must be equated with the level of productivity they generate. The purpose of this study is precisely to quantify the salary differences between the Public Administration sectors and those similar to the private sector, providing objective and technical information for the elaboration of salary policies in the public sector. |

Especial atención se ha puesto al crecimiento de los sueldos y salarios del sector público. Por un lado, el sector privado ha mencionado en innumerables ocasiones su preocupación por los niveles salariales de algunas entidades públicas. Por otro lado, los sectores laborales del sector público presionan constantemente por alzas salariales, argumentando que sus ingresos deben ser equiparados con el nivel de productividad que ellos generan.
