总结: | The study reviews the agrarian policy of the Ecuadorian State during the period 1994-2015. The post-neoliberal modality of State intervention in agriculture is observed. State action can be summarized in three points: a) the elimination of the agrarian reform, due to the almost null distribution of land and its replacement by the titling process; b) the promotion of agribusiness and export agriculture through a large number of laws, decrees and ministerial agreements, as well as the creation of ad hoc bodies to manage market conditions for certain products; and c) the linkage of peasant and indigenous family UPAs with agribusiness, all under the hegemony of large capitals, under the name of inclusive businesses.
