Izvleček:The study reviews the agrarian policy of the Ecuadorian State during the period 1994-2015. The post-neoliberal modality of State intervention in agriculture is observed. State action can be summarized in three points: a) the elimination of the agrarian reform, due to the almost null distribution of land and its replacement by the titling process; b) the promotion of agribusiness and export agriculture through a large number of laws, decrees and ministerial agreements, as well as the creation of ad hoc bodies to manage market conditions for certain products; and c) the linkage of peasant and indigenous family UPAs with agribusiness, all under the hegemony of large capitals, under the name of inclusive businesses. In this way, State practices in Ecuadorian agriculture are partial towards the capitalist class and refractory to an economic model
