According to the World Health Organization, anxiety is the most prevalent mental disorder worldwide, affecting approximately 301 million people, and in the case of children aged 8 to 9 years in Ecuador, 42.7% perceive they have anxiety. This article focuses on the analysis between the socioeconomic index and anxiety in 4th grade students during the period 2020-2021.
