Samenvatting:The New Model of Comprehensive Health Care is aimed at changing the determinants of health: from individual lifestyies to social lifestyies, with a focus on family and community health with emphasis on identifying the risks biological and socioeconomic health.Present research work isaimed at establishing the impact that the "New Modelfor Integral Family Health, Community and Intercuiturai" in quality of life for users of health, allowing the implementation of new strategies to improve access to health equitabiy.Through the review of family records were identified: 35% of women without cervica performing DOC, 40% of pregnant women without prenatal care, 50% have pets domiciliary, 33% wlth poor waste disposal and 32% with poor liquid waste disposal. 83% of people have expressed their satisfaction wlth care received rated as good and very good, thus establishing the New Model of Comprehensive Health Care has a positive impact on quaüty of Ufe of the user." Implementing New Model of Comprehensive Health Care [zamba " in the parish has a coverage of 32% requiring extended to othercommunities of the parish through coordinatlon with the health authorlty, the hirlng of BasleHealth Care (EBAS) to support existíng staff.Keywords: health care model, biológica! hazards, health risks, socio-economlc risks, user satisfaction of health, quality of life.
