ABSTRACT Virtual learning objects will become more important especially since the advent of virtual learning platforms. These objects allows interaction between the student and the subject in a much more collective way, hence the need for a me- thodology for the development of these objects and thus strengthen course offerings, generate greater participation and streamline open content learning processes in students.
