description This article examines the impact of the self-focus model (MES) on the entrepreneurial competencies of a group of participants in the Creactivate 4.0 entrepreneurship program in 2020, and reexamines the evaluation of competencies using the entrepreneurial mindset profile test (EMP) in the pre-test versus post-test modality, and makes a comparative analysis of the competencies in the sample of entrepreneurs evaluated and involved. Several aspects of the emotional and psycho-affective challenges that the averageentrepreneur has to face were collected. To accompany the sample of Creactivate 4.0 entrepreneurs, the evaluation of competencies with EMP and individual and group accompaniment focused on strengthening competencies and applying the EMP post-test to observe the development of entrepreneurial competencies. The results showed that through the post-test, a significant increase in entrepreneurial skills and a mobilization of personality traits directly associated with the entrepreneurial mindset, increased thedegree of empowerment with their business units and the implementation of strategies to increase income.

Se recogieron diferentes aspectos sobre los retos emocionales y psicoafectivos que debe asumir el emprendedor promedio. De este modo, para el acompañamiento de la muestra de emprendedores Creactivate 4.0, se consideró la evaluación de competencias con EMP, el acompañamiento individual y grupal, centrados en el fortalecimiento de competencias y la aplicación del pos-test EMP, para observar el desarrollo de las competencias emprendedoras. Los resultados mostraron que, a través del pos-test, un incremento significativo de las habilidades emprendedoras y una movilización en los rasgos de personalidad asociados directamente con la mentalidad emprendedora, aumentan el grado de empoderamiento con sus unidades de negocio y la implementación de estrategias para el incremento de ingresos.Este artigo examina o impacto do modelo com enfoque no ser (MES) nas competências empreendedoras de um grupo de participantes do programa de empreendimento Creactivate 4.0 no ano 2020, retomando a avaliação de competências, através da prova de perfil mentalidade empreendedora (MES) em sua modalidade pré-test versus post-test, estabelecendo uma análise comparativa das competências na mostra de empreendedores avaliados e intervindos. Recolheram-se diferentes aspectos sobre os desafios emocionais e psicoafetivos que deve assumir o empreendedor médio. Deste modo, para o seguimento da mostra de empreendedores Creactivate 4.0, se considerou a avaliação de competências com EMP, o seguimento individual e grupal, centrados no fortalecimento de competências e a aplicação do post-test EMP, para observar o desenvolvimento das competências empreendedoras.
