El entorno en el que se encuentra inmersa una organización sufre los impactos generados por las actividades empresariales cotidianas que deben ser resueltos de una u otra manera; sin embargo, la función sistémica del mercado ejerce influencia en la definición de cuál es la mejor manera de mitigar o evitar tales impactos que pudieran generar una problemática social.
