Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | This article analyzes the crisis of multilateralism in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and proposes an alternative model of international cooperation from Latin America, grounded in human rights, a gender perspective, and intersectionality. This critical interpretation, rooted in an institutional and theoretical perspective, examines the responses of the United Nations and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean to this crisis. It argues that a cooperation model based on multi-actor, multilevel, multilateral, and multicultural (4M) intervention is essential in a context where international development cooperation and South-South cooperation must be reimagined and strengthened to increase their impact within a multilateral system that does not respond to global or regional challenges. |
