| الملخص: | This paper analyses the complex phenomenon of corruption based on an extrapolation of elements contained in the triangle of violence theory (direct, structural and cultural violence), proposed by the Norwegian sociologist Johan Galtung. These elements, when applied to the conflict resolution theory to explain the origin of violence and its manifestations, allow us to understand the institutional and legal roots of corruption. Through a literature review that aims to typify corruption through Galtung's theory, the authors also seek to understand those elements that define the three-dimensional characterization of corruption: direct, structural and cultural corruption. This research intends to contribute to the analysis and implementation of public policy that addresses this complex and multilevel problema. |
