Περιγραφή
Περίληψη:The territorial strategic and foresight planning of intermediate cities is a process that is built participatory and can impact the sustainable development of the territories. In La Pampa, Argentina, there are no continuous planning processes, although the two most important cities, Santa Rosa and General Pico, have recently built participatory development plans. The objective of this article is to evaluate and compare the conception, construction and development of the strategic plans of the cities of General Pico and Santa Rosa (La Pampa) under a prospective conception related to the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Agenda. The planning processes present similarities and conceptual, methodological and result particularities; prospective was used as a framework from different theoretical and applied perspectives. The propositions of both cases have an impact on the fulfillment of the sustainable development objectives.
