| Samenvatting: | In family farming, property management is effectively carried out by family members, as well as work. The workforce is composed of property managers (usually the parents) who pass on the production and work techniques to their children very early on. In view of this scenario, the objective of this study is to discuss the reproduction of the workforce in family farms with the generational succession as its north. From a bibliographical review, it is noticed that the management of family properties is significantly dependent on the family workforce. This family labor is composed especially by the children who tend to assume the place of the parents as workers and managers of the agricultural occupation From the bibliographical references analyzed it is concluded that there have been difficulties in the maintenance of the children of farmers in the field by means of the succession generational As a consequence, difficulties in the renewal of the familiar hand, being able to accentuate relevant social problems in the rural environment as it is the case of the aging and masculinization of the field. |
