Resumo:Agroecology and Life Sustainability. Aproaching the Experience Coffee Organization at México. Abstract Faced with the complexities of a patriarchal, anthropocentric and capitalist system, peasant organizations generate life strategies based on community, solidarity and harmonious relationships with nature. Such is the case of the coffee farmer organization Vinculación y Desarrollo Agroecológico en Café (VIDA) located at Veracruz, Mexico. VIDA, through its approach to agroecology as a practice and social movement, has built life strategies for its resilience in the face of external factors. To identify the reach of livelihood strategies based on agroecology, we conducted an analysis about: the equitable distribution of family effort, income composition and linkage to exchange networks. The results indicate that the strategies with the highest income are characterized by being linked at both the family and organizational levels, there is a high participation of women and youth, and there are  diversification of commercialization networks. Keywords: Agroecology, Peasant agriculture, Farm economy, Solidary economy and Diversification.
