Se parte desde la reflexión acerca de cuál es el contenido social del movimiento que convocó y adhirió al paro, así como el impacto que tuvo en el equilibrio de fuerzas en disputa; el sentido de las reivindicaciones propuestas; la relación medios/fines; el proceso de negociaciones, los acuerdos y desacuerdos post paro.
