總結: | Bolivia and Ecuador are undergoing important changes as their social and political forces shift. In the face of a new scenario, organizations, social movements, and collectives in both countries have reinvented strategies and relationships with their current governments. Consequently, there has been a decrease in the movements’ capacity for mobilization over the last few years, but also an increase in the number of protests. This article interprets the above phenomenon. |
