Zusammenfassung:This paper examines the Network of Health Professionals for the Right to Choose in the process of implementation of pregnancy terminations in Mendoza, Argentina, between 2018 and 2020. We focus on the rise of the Network and their coordination with the provincial government and on the impact of their interventions in abortion access within the public health system. Methodologically, a qualitative approach is used through case studies, combining a variety of sources of information: in-depth interviews, documentary analysis, and systematization of health indicators. The results show that between 2018 and 2020 there was an articulation between feminist activisms, health professionals, and state officials and civil servants. This enabled sustaining the implementation circuit of pregnancy terminations through a dynamic of institutional clandestinity, where practices and knowledge of feminist accompaniments converged with the precarious institutional framework of the health system. Within this framework, the Network became a fundamental actor in the development of interventions, connections, and mechanisms to guarantee access to pregnancy terminations.
