La mayoría de los casos inician en los ganglios linfáticos, aunque existen también de forma extra ganglionar. En la cavidad oral los linfomas pueden afectar a los maxilares o tejidos blandos como manifestación primaria. Presentamos un caso de linfoma mandibular con el propósito de estudiar su clínica, imagen radiográfica y su histología.
