The present quantitative study aims to analyze said access in terms of gender equity, in order to conclude on its differentiated impacts; primordial particularity of this research. Through voluntary sampling and through a questionnaire used as an instrument for data collection, information was collected from 548 teachers, concluding through the student t test that the difference in means does not show a significant gender gap in the state of Nuevo León regarding what the literature indicates.

El presente estudio de corte cuantitativo pretende analizar dicho acceso en términos de equidad de género, a fin de concluir sobre sus impactos diferenciados; particularidad de esta investigación.
