JEL CODE: K14, B54RESUMENEste documento introduce un análisis del Acuerdo Plenario Nro. 001-2016: Alcances típicos del delito de feminicidio, fenómeno que ha escandalizado, con justificada razón a la sociedad peruana, pero que, pese a aparentes esfuerzos y campañas de comunicación y visualización de los hechos de violencia, esta situación, se mantiene, saliendo a la luz más casos día a día. El autor recurre a cifras, hace un análisis de los enfoques empleados para la aplicación de esta legislación de emergencia, hace un análisis del bien jurídico protegido y de los contextos en los que el tipo penal de feminicidio incide.
