Description
Summary:This essay explores how queer theory can contribute to  discussions in educommunication and the analysis of  communication within the digital ecosystem. The central argument is that Queer Theory offers valuable  insights for critically examining the subjective dimensions of how we use, communicate, and learn through ICT—especially in terms of the body, sexuality,  emotions, and identity. The essay brings together  different conceptual frameworks, including critical  communication theory, education, and gender studies,  to create a holistic reflection that views technology and  gender as systems of control that shape the ways we  inhabit, interact, and learn in digital spaces. This  discussion draws on theoretical references, research  findings, and personal experiences. Finally, it explores  the intersection of queer pedagogy and  educommuni-cation frameworks as a way to promote the inclusion of gender and sexual diversity in learning environments.
