| Sumari: | The study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of academic literature on dynamic capabilities and their approach to innovation within organizations in the Hispanic-American context. The objective was to map the current state of knowledge, identify emerging trends, and provide a solid foundation for future research in this field. The methodology employed combined documentary, descriptive, and bibliometric approaches, utilizing analytical techniques such as co-authorship analysis and publication metrics. A search was conducted in the Scopus database, identifying 63 relevant documents published between 2009 and 2024, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure the quality of the selected articles. The results revealed significant growth in scientific output, with a concentration of studies focused on large enterprises, highlighting a research gap concerning small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Key authors and trends were identified, particularly regarding the influence of dynamic capabilities on innovation management. The study underscores the need for further empirical research in emerging areas and emphasizes the importance of integrating dynamic capabilities with competitive strategies to enhance organizational innovation. This suggests an evolving research field with diverse perspectives and ample opportunities for exploration. |
