| Тойм: | Effective communication management with students and stakeholders, along with the proper handling of documented information, are critical components of educational management systems aimed at enhancing institutional quality, promoting transparency, and ensuring informed decision-making. This study aims to establish a communication strategy and a procedure for managing documented information within the postgraduate program offered at the Center for Biomaterials at the University of Havana. A qualitative action-research design was employed to analyze document management through a single case study, incorporating document analysis techniques such as thematic content analysis and data triangulation from various sources. Additionally, an analysis of the institutional context was conducted to identify gaps and propose improvements. Clear objectives for communication with target audiences were established, identifying the most suitable media and designing methods for the continuous evaluation and enhancement of communication management. With regard to documented information, specific measures were implemented for its digitalization, improving both its accessibility and handling. The developed strategy enhanced the institution's capacity to manage communication and documentation effectively, contributing to the improvement of educational quality in postgraduate programs and preparing the organization for the future certification of its management system for educational institutions. |
