Etiketle | Özet: | Leadership is a key factor for educational institutions to achieve their objectives in a harmonious environment. This aspect is particularly significant in the study of organizational climate due to its direct impact on it. In this context, the objective of this research was to determine the relationship between managerial leadership and organizational climate at Institución Educativa Nº 5076 Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes, under the jurisdiction of the Regional Directorate of Education of Callao, Peru. The methodology employed a quantitative and correlational approach, using a structured survey administered to a sample of 80 teachers. The findings reveal that effective and strategically designed leadership positively influences the organizational structure and plays a crucial role in strengthening the workplace climate. This, in turn, fosters an environment conducive to learning and coexistence within the educational setting. |
