Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between Quality of Care (QC) and User Satisfaction (US) in a health center in Áncash, Peru. It employed a quantitative approach, of a basic type, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and a descriptive-correlational level. A total of 131 users were surveyed using two questionnaires. Statistical analysis yielded a p-value < .05, evidencing a statistically significant relationship, and a Spearman’s Rho = .741, which revealed a strong positive correlation. The study concluded that quality of care and its dimensions are correlated with user satisfaction; as quality of care improves in the health center studied, user satisfaction tends to increase, and vice versa. |

The study concluded that quality of care and its dimensions are correlated with user satisfaction; as quality of care improves in the health center studied, user satisfaction tends to increase, and vice versa.Una de las funciones de la gestión pública en salud, es evaluar la calidad de atención y la satisfacción del usuario para detectar las áreas deficitarias, y que además permita disminuir los obstáculos que impactan la atención primaria y mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios con el fin de construir una atención que genere confianza y repercuta en incrementar su satisfacción. Por ello, esta investigación se propuso determinar la relación entre la CA y la SU en un centro de salud de Áncash, Perú. Tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, diseño no experimental, corte transeccional y nivel descriptivo correlacional. Se encuestó a 131 usuarios aplicando dos cuestionarios. La correlación estadística determinó un valor de p < ,05, evidenciando una relación estadísticamente significativa y un Rho = ,741 que reveló una correlación positiva y alta.
