It was concluded that the actions carried out to improve internal organizational communication will proportionally impact the teamwork of the institution. |

It was concluded that the actions carried out to improve internal organizational communication will proportionally impact the teamwork of the institution.La comunicación organizacional interna propicia integración de las personas inmersas en las organizaciones también genera eficiencia en el desarrollo de las actividades, de la misma manera puede ayudar a aumentar el trabajo en equipo, que es fundamental para el logro de los objetivos; este estudio se planteó como objetivo general: determinar la relación entre la comunicación organizacional interna y el trabajo en equipo en una entidad administradora de servicios de salud en el nororiente peruano, se contó con la participación de 162 trabajadores, la metodología utilizada para este estudio fue para una investigación de tipo básica, cuantitativa, descriptiva – correlacional y de diseño no experimental, luego de procesados los datos se determinó que p-valor = 0.000 lo que indica que existe relación significativa entre la comunicación organizacional interna y el trabajo en equipo y el coeficiente Rho Spearman = 0.556 indica una relación positiva considerable.
