LAS COMPETENCIAS EN EL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA. UN RETO EN LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR

COMPETENCES IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING, A CHALLENGE IN HIGHER EDUCATION   RESUMEN El propósito de la Educación Superior ha ido transformándose de forma reveladora en los últimos tiempos, ha ido extendiéndose a lo largo de una etapa concreta de la vida, dejando solo de estar confinada a ésta. Los confines de los pueblos en América latina y del Caribe, han ido enmendando su infraestructura académica, de modo que hemos podido presenciar el trasiego de profesores y estudiantes de un nivel a otro. Nuestras salones de clases ya no son emparejes de conocimiento, sino se puede apreciar desde la pluriculturalidad, la plurietnia, la equidad de género, los niveles avanzados y menos específicos , hasta la búsqueda del conocimiento de forma novedosa y sus estudiantes tienen los mismos intereses profesionales. Todos estos cambios no han ido acompañados de transformaciones equivalentes en la enseñanza universitaria. Se aprecian aun, desniveles entre lo que se aspira y la realidad existente en la preparación, planificación y ejecución del proceso de enseñanza. Enseñar teniendo en cuenta el desarrollo actual que la educación universitaria requiere, implica tener en cuenta el aprendizaje por competencias. El aumento de la competencia ha obligado a las instituciones educativas a apostar por las innovaciones tecnológicas. ABSTRACT The purpose of higher education has been transformed in recent times revealingly, has been spreading through a particular stage of life, leaving only be confined to this. The confines of peoples in Latin America and the Caribbean have been amending their academic infrastructure, so that we have been able to witness the transfer of professors and students from one level to another. Our classrooms are not you emparejes knowledge, but you can see from the multiculturalism, the plurietnia, gender equity, levels advanced and less specific, to the pursuit of knowledge in an innovative way and students have the same professional interests. All these changes have been accompanied by equivalent transformations in university education. Slopes can be seen still, between what is sucked in and the existing reality in the preparation, planning and implementation of the teaching process. Teaching taking into account the current development that college education requires, means to take into account the learning competency.
