As a general conclusion, the need for the National University of Loja to generate institutional recognition strategies to improve its organizational climate is identified; and, guidelines are defined to increase teaching performance in linkage and research |

Para ello, se ejecutó una investigación aplicada con enfoque cuantitativo a una muestra de 247 profesores. Se determinó un nivel alto de la variable clima organizacional y sus dimensiones, aunque en menor medida en la de reconocimiento; además, se tuvo un nivel alto en la variable desempeño laboral y en la dimensión de docencia; pero se obtuvo un menor porcentaje en las dimensiones de vinculación e investigación; también se halló que existe una relación directa de la variable Clima Organizacional con la de desempeño laboral.
