Summary:Administrative management is key to tourism development, as it influences legitimacy, effectiveness, and local benefits. The lack of vision, adequate regulations, training, and optimal processes leads to improvisation, poor coordination, and limited participation in the sector. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the influence of the Administrative Management of the Penipe Municipal Government on the tourism development of the Canton - Ecuador 2023. This study is quantitative and non-experimental, assessing how the administrative management of the Penipe Municipal Government impacts tourism development in 2023, using structured surveys to collect data from key stakeholders. It is applied, descriptive, and explanatory, with a cross-sectional design that captures a specific view of the canton that year.
