Summary:The purpose of this research is to make a diagnosis about the emotional state of the uses and administration of a private school in the city of Quito, as well as; Identify how the possibilities of the context influence the decisions and actions taken by the data and the administration of the educational unit. A structured questionnaire developed by Marcelo Manucci was applied to a sample of 34 teachers and administrative employees. Using the statistical package SPSS correlational and correspondence statistical analysis was performed. The results indicate that the teachers and administrative staff of the institution are located in the quadrant. INSPIRATION, whose context is stimulating and its response is reflective that allows a driving emotions where thought, creation and expansion of decision alternatives, favor collaboration and mutual help in teamwork.
