要約:To perform the assessment of competencies behavioral (CCE) in the students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the UTE, applied the test behavior behavioral developed under the motivational theory of David McClelland. The self-assessment of the CCE test, is a questionnaire of 55 questions in Likert (1-5) scale, where is evaluated ten features called behavioral competencies. Research results show that competences which obtained the best score or more developed in young students are: set goals and demand efficiency and quality; still less scoring competencies or less developed, be persuasive and build networks, take calculated risks and plan systematically; concluding that students have set a common goal which is to finish his career, they do it with efficiency and quality, however it appears that they are not convinced of what they want, not interested build support networks, not at any risk and not planned, characteristics of an entrepreneur which must be developed in students, through to build a culture of entrepreneurship.
