| Summary: | Management control is increasingly important, among other reasons for its contribution to the deployment, monitoring and control of the strategic direction of organizations. Planning and control are two sides of the same coin, since the beginning of planning, it is necessary to control the progress of the organization to take "proactive" measures, if necessary, and to channel the direction of the company towards set goals. Apart from the fact that the organization should not be evaluated only by financial indicators, the economic dimension maintains its leading role, in management control, in order to reach strategies with effectiveness. To this end, the present material offers the steps to follow for the economic-financial analysis of any organization, with a practical case of application. |
