Planning and control are two sides of the same coin, since the beginning of planning, it is necessary to control the progress of the organization to take "proactive" measures, if necessary, and to channel the direction of the company towards set goals. Apart from the fact that the organization should not be evaluated only by financial indicators, the economic dimension maintains its leading role, in management control, in order to reach strategies with effectiveness.
