Summary:The present study concerns the importance of implementing the Prevention of Occupational Risks (PRL) as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) under the criteries that every organization must comply with current legislation without neglecting their direct responsibilities related to its application human and labor and institutional image. The objective to determine the PRL in CSR Practices in Enterprise of Ecuador. Method: It is based on a qualitative research design, the methodology of the analysis of test case in depth, with retrospective investigation, based on the criteria of sufficiency and adequacy of data, seeking to obtain comprehensive information from different sources (valid through triangulation). Results: CSR and PRL, to be implemented jointly produce synergistic potentiation continuous improvement. Considered as a starting point compliance with current legislation, sustainability, better working conditions, periodic review of compliance, outreach to the entire organization and economic, social and environmental benefits. Conclusions: Companies with more than two years of operation, must legally implement the system PRL and RSC with ISO 26000 (Standard NTE INEN-ISO 26000: 2011 Guide RSC, Labor Practices - work, safety, and health).
