الملخص: | The present work aims to unravel the change in world leadership based on financial and oil expansion. The succession of cycles of economic accumulation directed by Great Britain in the nineteenth century and the United States of America in the twentieth century, these hegemonic situations do not suspend the processes of competition, centralization of capital and power, responsible for the periodic repetition of large Crisis and long periods of transition, reorganization of the production base as well as change in the system's global leadership, the economic resurgence of China that has led to a new level, the discussion between the process of formation of a market economy, The capitalist development and the geopolitical reemergence of Russia which is considered by the United States a threat given its nuclear and energetic capacity. |
