| Riassunto: | The purpose of this article is to show to what extent the levels of corruption have increased in Peru during the state of health emergency, declared by the government through Supreme Decree No. 008-2020-SA of March 11, 2020, and its amendments, as a result of COVID-19. The approach is qualitative, the technique used has been the documentary review and an analysis matrix has been used as an instrument, where the cases of corruption raised during the health crisis have been recorded. It can be concluded that this problem of corruption goes beyond the values, ethics and integrity of people, since neither issues such as life itself stop them, for this, it is proposed to implement external anti-corruption mechanisms that, Although it is true, they will not end the problem, they can be deterrents to stop it in some way with this scourge. |
