Resumo:In this research, it is possible to establish the different styles of coping with work stress, through a comparative study between the officials of the Municipal Board of Social Inclusion of the Autonomous Decentralized Government of Santo Domingo, District Directorate and Territorial Articulation of Agrocalidad Santo Domingo and the Provincial Delegation of the Public Service of Labor and Employment of the Ministry of Labor. The study sample consisted of 82 public employees in total. For data collection, the Moos Coping Response Inventory (CRI) was used. The result of this work shows that there is a significant similarity in the level of perceived stress among public employees of organizations. The final part of this work generates an improvement proposal to face job stress, which can be implemented by the Human Talent units, a follow-up is carried out and that the proposed activities can be seen as positive results in the qualifications obtained within the management by results, with regard to the work environment and performance evaluation.
