| description | In order to evaluate the effect of the bioinputs Bio Optimize, Inoc-Rhizos, Microforte, Probio Fert and Humato K+, applied by atomization to peanut, mung bean and corn seeds, independent trials were conducted using 300 g of seeds from each crop. The treatments were derived from a factorial arrangement combining five bioinputs, two doses of each one, plus a control treatment. A randomized block design was used, with four replications and experimental units consisting of a tray with 100 seeds. The daily and accumulated germination percentage, the germination speed index (GSI), hypocotyl length and radicle diameter were quantified. Statistical analysis was carried out using the InfoStat software; direct effects were compared using the Scott-Knott test at 5%, comparisons of the bioinputs against the control were performed using Dunnett’s test at 5%, and significant interactions were broken down and interpreted. For mung bean and corn, inoculation with bioinputs accelerated germination, increasing from 90% in the control to more than 97% with bioinputs on the second day. The bioinputs also increased the GSI, with Microforte, Humato K+, Bio Optimize and Probio Fert standing out, showing indices higher than 24.5. For peanut seeds, the GSI was enhanced by the bioinputs Probio Fert and Microforte at the doses recommended by the manufacturer. The application of bioinputs increased root length in corn, with averages of 46.3 mm compared to 37.1 mm in the control. Inoc-Rhizos, Bio Optimize and Probio Fert increased both the length (greater than 15 mm) and the root diameter of peanut (greater than 3.15 mm). |
