Este artículo expone el proceso de autoevaluación con fines de acreditación realizado por la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López, desde julio a septiembre del 2010. Se detallan los procedimientos que se efectuaron para cumplir con los estándares de calidad establecidos por el Consejo Nacional de Evaluación y Acreditación (CONEA) para las instituciones de educación superior. Los resultados del proceso evidencian las fortalezas de la ESPAM MFL en sus cuatro funciones sustantivas y se destaca la participación activa de autoridades, docentes, empleados, estudiantes, sector productivo y comunidad en la autoevaluación institucional.
