Sumario: | The present study aimed to evaluate rice yield by studying the optimum transplanting time. For the purpose, four treatments were established; transplanting at 25 days after seeding (control), at 20 days after seeding (T1), 15 days after seeding (T2), and 10 days after seeding. The experiment was a randomized complete block design with five replicates for each treatment using the variety INIAP-11. After assessing the treatments, T3 showed the best results regarding to tiller number per plant (37,02), yield 4,9 Mg.ha-1; and it was the most profitable as well, with earnings of 2125,99 (USD/ha), it is therefore concluded that rice transplanting 10 days after seeding promotes agricultural development. |
