總結: | Introduction: For the nursing teacher, teaching care in the internship centers is a challenge in terms of combining theory with practice so that the student can develop competencies in a real context. The health sector faces situations that make it difficult to carry out the practices, among them: deficit of supplies, equipment and materials, decrease in the professional staff, poor hygiene conditions, among others. The objective of the research was to unveil the experience in teaching care in nursing teachers. Methodology: The research was with a field design with an interpretive phenomenological approach. The informants, five professors from the School of Nursing of the Central University of Venezuela, who work in subjects with a practical component, are more than five years old. The phenomenological interview was used to collect information. Results. Several categories such as conception, experience and contradiction stand out from the informants' discourse. The discussion takes place within the framework of Heidegger's phenomenology. Conclusion: The experience of nursing teachers in relation to teaching care in healthcare practice settings denotes a political, historical and social reality that impacts their teaching practice and the ethical principles not only of the profession but of the entire society for how much it affects the dignity of patients, students and teachers. |
