description In this review article, we intend to review two terms that are gaining meaning today: The Intercultural Curriculum and the Formal Educational System. With an interpretive hermeneutical approach, the information was collected with a documentary review. It was confirmed that, on the one hand, the Educational System imposes a Formal Curriculum where the Ideology, Power, Control and Legitimacy of the Hegemonic groups that builds Diversity from the Culture of Race, Ethnicity and Nation is present. On the other hand, there is the Curriculum of Interculturality as a mythical option to achieve Justice, Inclusion and Equality in Education, but it is always controlled and limited by the Institution and the State that does not allow its true operation. Both curricula share many ideologies: of power, of order, of legality and, as we will see throughout the article, they do not present concrete ways of constructing a neutral school. For that, he proposes an emancipating critical Intercultural Curriculum with ontological approaches different from that proposed by the hegemonic curriculum.

En este artículo de revisión bibliográfica, se intenta repasar dos términos que recobrar su significado en la coyuntura actual: El Curriculum Intercultural y el Sistema Educativo Formal. Se utiliza un enfoque hermenéutico, se realizó la recolección de la información con una revisión documental bibliográfica. Se evidenció, que por una parte el Sistema Educativo impone un Curriculum Formal prescriptivo donde está presente la Ideología, el Poder, el Control y da Legitimidad a los grupos Hegemónicos que construye y se reproduce la Diversidad desde el “Yo” Cultura de Raza, Etnia y Nación. Por otra parte, está el Curriculum desde la Interculturalidad como una opción para conseguir la Justicia, la Inclusión y la Igualad en los sistemas escolares, pero siempre bajo el control del Estado que garantiza la permanencia de la cultura domínate obstaculizando una verdadera democracia desde la interculturalidad. El Curriculum comparte muchas ideologías: de poder, de orden, de legalidad. Se propone un Curriculum Intercultural crítico emancipador con enfoques ontológicos diferentes al planteado por el Curriculum hegemónico.
