Итог:This article presents the strategic implementation of a teacher training plan focused on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in virtual learning environments. The structured proposal includes 5 modules combining theory, practice, ethics, and continuous evaluation. A total of 16 teachers from two educational institutions participated, using surveys, interviews, and document analysis under a descriptive-applied approach. Results showed improvements in digital competencies, responsible AI use, and the design of personalized learning experiences. Expert validation through the Delphi method confirmed the plan’s relevance and feasibility. The proposal supports educational transformation by aligning technology and pedagogy to meet the current challenges of teaching.
