Beskrivelse
Summary:The purpose of this paper is to deepen the foundations that support the right to a life free of violence for indigenous women; as well as to analyze the possible tensions that currently exist between the collective rights of indigenous peoples and the right to a life free of violence for indigenous women, from an intercultural perspective. In this sense, a conceptual and protection framework is constructed from the contributions of the intercultural approach and legal pluralism that guarantee the right to a life free of violence for indigenous women. Finally, an intercultural dialogue is proposed as an alternative to this possible tension, and guidelines are given for coordination between indigenous and ordinary justice.
